OUR OWN WEBSITE / EXPERIENCE STUDY

A next step
that makes sense.

A practical enquiry journey designed to keep context and tell visitors exactly what their action does.

THE NEED

Keep the conversation connected.

A visitor who has chosen a service should not need to select it again on the contact page. They should also know whether a form sends a message directly or opens another application.

THE IMPLEMENTATION

Carry the useful context.

Service links carry the chosen service into the enquiry form. The free-audit route adds an editable request to the message field. The visitor can review all details before preparing the draft.

The draft is addressed to the email published on the existing CareRank website: info@carerank.co.uk. A separate action opens the visitor’s email application. Copying the draft and direct phone and email links provide alternative routes.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR

Prepared. Reviewed.
Sent by the visitor.

Browser checks confirmed that selecting Website design carries that choice into the form, required fields are used to prepare a draft, and the email link targets info@carerank.co.uk. No test enquiry was sent.

THE LIMIT

An email handover,
not a delivery backend.

The website does not send email from a server or confirm delivery. A direct-submit form would need an email service, suitable abuse protection and end-to-end delivery testing before launch.
