What clients look for
People often search by condition (“knee pain physio”), by practitioner type and by location. They want to know your qualifications, what a first appointment involves, whether you see self-pay or insured clients and how to book. Clear pages for each service and condition you treat help both people and search engines.
Professional rules to respect
“Physiotherapist” and “physical therapist” are titles protected by law in the UK and can only be used by people registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). HCPC registrants must follow its standards of conduct, performance and ethics, which include communicating honestly about their services. Chiropractors are regulated by the General Chiropractic Council and osteopaths by the General Osteopathic Council. Health claims in advertising are also covered by the CAP Code. Check the current guidance from your regulator and the ASA before publishing claims.

Frequently asked questions
Can we publish client testimonials?
Testimonials must be genuine and must not imply results that cannot be substantiated. Follow the CAP Code and your regulator's guidance, and get the client's consent.
Do you write clinical content?
We write and structure content with you. Clinical accuracy must be checked and approved by your registered practitioners.
Do you work with counsellors and psychologists?
Yes. “Practitioner psychologist” titles are HCPC-protected, and many counsellors belong to professional bodies such as the BACP or UKCP. We reflect your actual registrations.
