What families need to find
- The types of care offered, such as residential, nursing, dementia or respite care
- Location, facilities, photos of real rooms and shared spaces
- How fees and funding are discussed, without unsupported claims
- Your current inspection rating and report
- A simple way to call, ask a question or book a visit
Regulator ratings
In England, providers registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) must display their most recent rating, including on their website if they have one. Scotland (Care Inspectorate), Wales (Care Inspectorate Wales) and Northern Ireland (RQIA) have their own regulators and publication rules. We help you show the correct, current rating and link to the official report. Check your regulator's current guidance for exact requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Can you add our CQC rating widget?
Yes. CQC provides an official widget for provider websites, and we can install it so the rating stays current.
Do you handle recruitment pages?
We can create clear careers pages. Recruitment adverts must still follow employment law and advertising rules.
Can we use resident photos?
Only with appropriate, recorded consent and in line with UK GDPR. We generally recommend photographs of spaces and staff who have agreed.
