What decides the map pack
Google states that local results are based mainly on relevance (how well your profile matches the search), distance (how far you are from the searcher or the place named) and prominence (how well known your business is, including reviews and links). Nobody can buy a place in the organic map results, and nobody can honestly guarantee a position.
What we work on
- Google Business Profile categories, services, hours, photos and descriptions
- Matching service and location pages on your website
- Consistent name, address and phone details across directories
- A fair, policy-compliant process for asking clients for reviews
- Tracking calls, direction requests and website visits from your profile
What we will not do
We do not add keywords to your business name, create fake locations, buy reviews or offer incentives for reviews. These break Google's guidelines and can lead to suspension. If your profile has been suspended, see our guide to suspensions.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee a top-three position?
No. Distance from the searcher is outside anyone's control, and Google changes results constantly. We focus on the factors you can improve and report on them honestly.
How long does it take?
It depends on your starting point and competition. We agree measures at the start and review progress with you regularly.
Do I need a physical address?
Service-area businesses can hide their address, but Google requires you to be eligible for a profile. We check eligibility before starting.
